o The Hell Gate: New York’s most treacherous waterway
o Romanesque and English Country Gothic churches
o Astoria Park
o Bohemian Hall: an authentic Czech beer garden and a real urban oasis
Meeting Place: By the Neptune Diner, corner of Hoyt Av and 31 Street in Astoria.
Directions: Take a Queens-bound “N” or “W” train to Hoyt Av/Astoria Blvd.
